L: 3 oz ribeye
S: greek yogurt and/or ww string cheese
D: sushi!  
S: protein bar (maybe)

water: over half done
vites: done
exercise: 40 minutes power yoga done; 2 mile walk with dogs & hubby done

next...

 how far out were you when you eat sush? i miss that a lot .how much can you eat now ? one roll or just a few pc's  thanks bruce

I didn't eat sushi until 5 months post op.  I can eat maybe 5 pieces now, depending on how big the sushi chef makes them.  I really have to go slow and pace myself otherwise I'm done in about 5 minutes.  LOL.

I cannot eat an entire roll by myself.

 Struggling today to eat enough protein for some reason.  It is 5 pm here and I still have a way to go.

B:  3 mini low carb muffins
L: salmon salad on a cracker sized piece of low carb bread.
D:  Started a Isopure Smoothie, but could only get half of it down. 

Need to finish the night with polishing off the smoothie and choking down 27 more grams of protein.  Ugh, sometimes I wish you could just talke a protein pill.   Today was the first day since surgery I ate muffins, and I went into it thinking they would likely be a slider.  Oh no.  Filling for hours and hours.  Add in the tiny bit of low carb bread, and again absolutely no friggin desire to eat.  Funny, normally that would be a good thing...

L: 2 oz tuna salad on 1 slice julian bread, pickle, spinach leaves, tomato slice

D: 2 oz cod, broccoli
S: probably none

W: 3/4 there (3pm here)
E: maybe swim this afternoon

L: left over fajita chicken and veggies with quacamole
S: sugar free fudgsicle
D: chicken salad (shredded chicken, pickels, miracle whip, shredded cheese)

Exercise: 30 minutes intervals training on treadmill and 20 minutes elliptical

There is only one success--to be able to spend your life in your own way.

Damn, I love sushi....but husband does not (sigh)

Oh well

B: hard boiled egg, coffee w/1/2 cup whole milk
S: Starbucks small ice coffee w/lite cream
L: 2/3 cup of Panera Bread Tortilla soup (about 150 cals)
S: 1 oz chicken w/ 1 oz green beans (left over Thai from yesterday)
D: 8 french fries
 Thats it.

Water ....uh not even close to enough
Exersize...does keeping up w/ as two year old count?
