whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday
Other than a few SF margaritas, I was on plan yesterday.. but it's fairly easy since I cooked Easter dinner for the folks (pork butt roast & cheesy brocolli bake!).. nothing off plan was there- other than they had pastries, but they were store-bought, so no temptation! No chocolates either.. :(
Today:
B1:protein shake & coffees
B2: leftover Italian chicken bake, 2oz meat
S: Babybel light (found out I actually like these better than the original red ones..)
Chia seed drink
L:? Not sure, prob a 1egg omlette if I can't figure something out
D: Grilled lamb loin chops with green beans
S: ? If needed/wanted

S: Quest bar (apple pie- haven't had this kind before... excited to try it!)
D: No clue. Going out with friends for "appetizers and drinks". Plan to only drink coffee, and will order something high protein as my meal, if I have to...

Just wanted to say thank you everybody for posting these "meal plans". I have been slipping off plan recently and it helps to get some new ideas by seeing what everyone else is eating. Also, I can pass along these suggestions to my other sleeve friends who have been slipping.
Oh! and Could_It_Be - I have a mini cheesecake recipe (that I made for Easter and they were deliciousssss) that's made with non-fat cream cheese, lemon Greek yogurt, and reduced fat Nilla wafers. Let me know if you want it and I will send it over!
