Other than a few SF margaritas, I was on plan yesterday.. but it's fairly easy since I cooked Easter dinner for the folks (pork butt roast & cheesy brocolli bake!).. nothing off plan was there- other than they had pastries, but they were store-bought, so no temptation! No chocolates either..   :(

Today:

B1:protein shake & coffees
B2: leftover Italian chicken bake, 2oz meat
S: Babybel light (found out I actually like these better than the original red ones..)
Chia seed drink
L:? Not sure, prob a 1egg omlette if I can't figure something out
D: Grilled lamb loin chops with green beans
S: ? If needed/wanted

B- one morningstar farms sausage, 2 slices backon
S- 2/3 cup milk in my latte
L: 2 ounces chicken, .25 cups baby carrots
S: Quest bar (apple pie- haven't had this kind before... excited to try it!)
D: No clue.  Going out with friends for "appetizers and drinks".  Plan to only drink coffee, and will order something high protein as my meal, if I have to...

Water: 40 dwon, 24 to go
vits: done
excercise: elliptical at the gym tonight.  Hoping to get 65 minutes in.

B: coffee with 1/2 cup whole milk
S: coffee with 2 TBS ff creamer
L: 1 slice deli ham, ff cheese stick, 1/4 cup homemade beans
S: 1/2 cup coffee w/1 TBS ff creamer
D: I don't know but sushi is sounding really good right now.

Water 72 oz
Exersize - 2.5 mile run, 5.5 mile walk w/ incline up and down, 1 hour weight lifting, 15 min stretching

Yeah I kicked butt!

B: I wasn't too hungry so I ate a Jello cup

L: 2 small ham roll up pieces and maybe .5 to 1oz of a rib

D: I'm on a ham roll up kick. So a few of those, maybe a bite or two of a rib.

S: Greek Yogurt if I'm hungry

L: Chick Fil A kids meal with 6 grilled chicken nuggets and a sm fruit cup
S: 4 30 calorie each cookies & 2 oz 1% milk
D: 2 oz baked chicken breast  (feeling kinda yucky in the tummy)
S: don't know yet.  maybe cheese stick if my stomach settles

 Just wanted to say thank you everybody for posting these "meal plans".  I have been slipping off plan recently and it helps to get some new ideas by seeing what everyone else is eating.  Also, I can pass along these suggestions to my other sleeve friends who have been slipping.

Oh! and Could_It_Be - I have a mini cheesecake recipe (that I made for Easter and they were deliciousssss) that's made with non-fat cream cheese, lemon Greek yogurt, and reduced fat Nilla wafers. Let me know if you want it and I will send it over!
