Great in shakes and I just made some frozen protein bites with it.
Also, I'm so over chicken salad at the moment----so I take the last of the rotisserie chicken (that I usually use for salad); warm it in a little chicken broth and add the PB2 to taste. A little soy sauce and red pepper flakes. The PB2 thickens the mixture. Kind of like a Satay. Really good.
