 Your post made me laugh! A week for me today and I have learned to dilute the protien vitamin mix and only drink water.  What diet drinks are you drinking??

Dannon light and fit yogurt,french vanilla
wonderslim hot chocolate is what I am having now,not bad, but its more sweet for my ravaged toungue.

 I was going to post something about this, you read my mind! I have found that the only thing I can drink besides my protein shakes is water. I can not drink crystal light or any other sweet tasting liquid, it makes me very nauseous. I can tolerate sugar free Popsicles though. I have even found that I can no longer tolerate the gummy vitamins that I was taken. I see my nutritionist today, I have lots of questions to ask him. I start puréed food tomorrow, I am hoping that I can tolerate applesauce!
 Life is not an emergency, live one day at a time.

I'm 3 weeks out today and also only drink water. If I never see any of those things again is fine by me.

I am 2 weeks out and my new tummy cannot stand sweets!!!!  Chicken broth with unflavored protein is how I am getting ALL my protein in.  All though the sugar free popsicles are still ok.  Good luck.  Have you tried water with lemon or lime juice in it?  That is what keeps me going .

Mel, what kind of unflavored protein are you using? I am gagging on a protein shake now. I honestly can't take much more of these. I ordered some PB2 praying that will help,but I just don't think it will.

Im using syntax nectar unflavored medical protein powder,  I use 2 scoops which is 20 g of protein in 12-16 oz of chicken broth.  Its awesome.  At first I used a little powdered bullion chicken to hide taste till I found i couldnt taste the protein.  Good luck.
