Whining: Sick and stressed

Well, I've been ubber-stressed at work this month, and it's really messed with my sleeping (I can only seem to get 4-5 hours of sleep most nights).  However, I had been able to stay on plan and workout through that (and to slowly lose a little more weight).

This week, I've gotten a cold/sinus infection.  No surprise to me, since I'm so run down and stressed.  AND, since I feel awful, I haven't worked out since Monday.  My weightloss has of course stalled, since I'm all bloated, sick, and lazy.

The good thing is that I can take whatever cold meds I need- I am so grateful that I'm sleeved!  What would I do without my lovely NSAIDS :)  They really do the trick for sinus pain.

My biggest bummer is that I am doubting I'll get to my dream weight by my one year anniversary, since the loss has slowed down, but I'll get over it....  And, in reality, before surgery last year, I never dreamed I'd lose so much in less than a year! :)

Thanks!  On a happy note, I did my Friday weigh-in, and I am actually down .5 from last Friday :)

Now I just need to try to be motivated enough to work today...  I just feel so laaaaazzzzzyyyyyy...

Try some melatonin to help with sleeping.
