whatcha eating today VSGers? Tuesday
Good afternoon!
B: Premier Chocolate Protein Shake
S: 1/2 serving of wasabi/soy sauce flavored almonds
L: Morning Star Buffalo Wings (4)
S: (Hopefully nothing if I can help it)
D: Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with Crystal Light (someone led me on to try the Cherry Pomagrante flavor)
Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: a little behind but this post reminded me to take my multi since I just finished lunch!
Exercise: 1 mile walk already but I also plan to do 45 minutes of STEP after work!

S: 2 oz left over rib eye steak
L: 2 oz left over talapia w/1 oz crab and 1 oz yellow squash
S: corn chips about 10 and artichoke/cheese dip
D: 2 oz left over talapia w/1oz crab and 1 oz broccoli
Ran 2.5 miles and walked another 1/2 mile
Worked in the garden all day 9 am until 3 pm
(finished prepping the asparagus bed, weeded the strawberry bed and mulched, planted 3 new raspberry bushes, watered the cabbage and carrots)
It was a great day!
