 How did you loose so much weight in just 4 months?  Did you burn 6,000 calories a day like the Biggest Looser Ranch or what? hehe

Hey, it looks like you are losing faster than me, way to go. All I have tried to do is stay focused on my goal and increase the exercise as much as I could handle at the time. It all started in the hospital after surgery. By the time I left the hospital,I was up to walking 1 mile a day. I think my calorie intake has been around 800 but with the exercising, I burn around 600-700 calories. Good luck rocking your sleeve.

Wow - that was really fast!  Congratulations!
