Congrats...you look great!  Am I mistaken or is that last pic at the Bellagio?

So true about this being more than just  a surgical fix.  At least part of my problem is my ADD.  Impulsiveness = see it, want it, eat it; and inattentiveness = wow, I ate the whole thing!

Good luck fighting the night time snacking habit.  That is one of my issues to.  Not so bad when it is planned, but some nights one thing leads to another.

Thanks and yes, it's the Bellagio Conservatory!  Just got back from Vegas on Sunday.  LOVE that place!!

I am with you on the impulsiveness and inattentiveness.  And it snowballs fast if I'm not careful!

Thank you so much for posting this..so honest and helpful..really really helpful! I am just starting my journey on May 21 but from all I have learned on here I feel like Ive already begun?? You have done amazing and shoud be so very proud!

Thanks and you're welcome!  I read every post for several months before my journey and it helped me be really prepared for almost everything!

Reading your last pagagraph resonates so close to home for me!!  The whole "saving WW points" for the evening to snack for hours is my hardest habit to break to!!!

I HATE the night snacking habit.  I mean, I'm not hungry, but food just calls out to me.  I'm trying different strategies to break the habit, but having mixed success so far.
