B: 2 oz leftover grilled chicken; two small slices avocado; 1 slice sprouted rye bread
S: carrot sticks, celery, lite dill dip
L: 3.5 oz grilled sirloin; 1 strawberry; 2 small grilled peppers
S: greek yogurt
D: 3.5 oz baked baby back rib meat; veggie?
S: not sure yet

water: half done
vites: done
exercise: ran 3 miles this morning; walked the dogs 1 mile

Bought some running shoes today (from a real running shoe store!) and now off to get a pedicure!

 Still thinking about your post from yesterday which was awesome!

B: chocolate protein drink with 1/2 banana
S: 2 oz. greek yogurt
L; 2 oz tri tip, cucumber slices
S: 1/2 quest bar
D: some type of protein with an artichoke (as much as I can handle of it)
S: who knows?

Water: barely started - but only noon here
Vitamins: morning vitamins done

For breakfast, I went to Burger King and got a deal with the crossaint-wich egg and sausage patty with those greasy tater tot things and a large diet coke.  I added on another crossaint-wich sausage patty sandwich, cuz I really love those sausage patties.  I am pretty dehydrated from drinking about half a case of beer from last night, so I ordered a second, large diet coke as well.

For lunch,..... oh wait.  This was my breakfast three years ago.  My bad.

I had 6 oz of Chobani fat-free Greek yogurt with a bit of granola sprinkled in (adding a little carbs since I'm at goal now). 

Having a Syntrax Nectar protein shake for lunch now, cuz I'm feeling Sunday lazy......

 LOL you had me there for a moment!  That definitely used to be my breakfast of choice, that or two big breakfast burritos!

I seriously was giggling with this one... I was like, WTH? But luv'd it.

B: Chocolate protein shake w/ 2 tbsn of PB2
S: None
L: 2 oz. Deli Roast Beef, 1 Provolone slice, & tomato slices
S: ? Maybe 1/2 serving of almonds
D: 2 oz. Seasoned ground beef, 1 slice of light Swiss cheese wrapped in romaine lettuce

Water: 7 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 4 1/2 mile hike with Alison & Kim (yay!)

 I'll play, now that I am on soft proteins!

B: piña colada protein shake, made with vanilla body fortress, almond milk, SF coconut syrup, crushed pineapple and ice....thrown in a blender.  

L:  stolen fron another poster, avocado and cheese wrapped in a slice of turkey and grilled.  Probably 2 oz.

D:  baked tilapia, marinated in a bit of pineapple juice and teriyaki with some mashed cauliflower

Time to be more aware of foods going in my mouth!! No regain issues as of yet however I will be quitting smoking so the next several days I know I'm going to want to stuff my face with anything/everything I can due to past experiances!!

B: SF Mocha/Coffee protein shake over ice
B2: Plain Greek Yogurt with 2 spendas, 1/4 cup granola & 1/4 cup fruit(Blueberries, Raspberries, Kiwi & Grapes)
