Breakfast: 1 cup of decaf with half and half and 2 tsp. of sugar....1 egg....2 slices of bacon
Snack: 1 protein shake w/ tbs. of PB
Lunch: about 2 oz. of antipasta with cheese, olives and mushrooms and another cup of decaf joe with 2 tbs. of sweetened creamer
Dinner?
Night snack....probably nothing tonight
