I'd have to look at how much the blue cheese would add. But I will look into it. With what I had in the kitchen today I think it turned out ok. And the Fage cuts the heat since we can no longer drink while eating.

How many meals do you eat a day? If it's 6 then you're at the right calorie count per meal but if it's 3 or 4 you could up the protein and cals per and the cheese would help with that. I also make the Buffalo chicken wing salad which is delish. i make a big bowl of it so i always have something spicy to grab. Grabbing something ready is important because by the time I'm feeling hunger i have no time to prepare.
I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. One of those snacks is a protein shake. This is a little low on calories (I'm usually closer to 150-200) BUT I can't even finish all of it because of the dense protein.
