I was a little nervous prior to surgery..but NOW I am 4.5 months out and I have lost 69 pounds. I am soooooo freaking happy with this lifestyle change..I am doing well and this has been the easiest thing I have ever done...I am following the plan and I am SUCCEEDING!! You will too!
