Hi there,
Have your eating habits changed? Have you increased more carbs into your diet this past month? My stalls usually last the typical 3 weeks but now I know as long as I stay on plan, the weight will eventually start to come off again.

How much are you exercising and are tyou increasing your daily dosage?
That is what works for me. I stalled for about two weeks but then it slowly starts to come off
To infinity and beyond - I have an ongoing blog Pre -> Post - Feel free to drop in

gm d-love, in 6 months time your doing awesome hun, it sucks to stall but you have at least another 6 months of dropping weight quick, after the first yr you will keep losing just not as fast, it will be up to you as to how much and how long it takes, if you stick to protein first, low carbs, low serving sizes you will be fine, stalls last for different lengths of time for everyone, but you can get dropping those pds again soon, good luck.............tracy.

try some thermogenics like -and i don't know how to spell this - cayne pepper - pills to boost your metabolism. I haven't tried this but I know others who have. they said it made them feel flushed and had to wear lighter clothing because they felt too hot. also dr oz recommended raspberry ketones and pure green coffee bean extract. I haven't tried the coffee bean either but have been taking the raspberry ketones with good results. I also use the myfitnesspal.com smartphone app. use a food journal of some type. good luck!
