At what point do you stop forgetting to eat?

 So I'm sitting here finishing up grading my son's school work and I realized I'm dog tired.  Went to see where my calories were at for the day and I've only had 216 so far!  No wonder I'm tired.  We've been busy with school and cleaning today and though I did eat and didn't realize how little I'd eaten.  

So those of you without hunger post-op do you finally get to a point where you remember, or do I need to set a clock or something?

 I'm always forgetting to eat!  I still do 2 Nectar's a day to make sure I get in water and protein but solids are a chore.

 I'm really glad I'm not the only one.  I have one protein shake in the a.m. but try to do the rest of my protein from food.  but on days like today where I've missed so much, another shake is a necessity.

 I'm over a year out and still forgot to eat...  It'll be 9 at night and I'll realize I'm way short of my protein and calorie mark for the day.  It's the only time a protein shake enters the picture.

Sadly I never forget as my stomach will growl so loud you can't miss it..

Haha Julie! I'm sure that causes for some awkward moments once in a while!

 I forget all the time and have had to set a 2 hr. timer on my cell phone

Eat on a schedule. Set an alarm on your cell phone if you have to. After a while it will become a habit.
