I wish I'd seen this two weeks ago. This is AWESOME!

It's hard to wrap your mind around HAVING to do something very early on that you're told in all the literature from your surgeon that you shouldn't do--eat (or in this case, drink) past the point of some discomfort. I didn't want to go that far but figured I had to, if I was to be able to put more in there as the weeks went by, lol.

It's like learning to eat all over again, with a little monster inside who doesn't quite want to cooperate in those very early days. It's up to us to be disciplined and TEACH it to accept what it needs.
