Way to rock that tool sleeve brother!

I haven't been to a "real" computer to update my ticker and I can't do it from my phone, but I'm down to 229, a loss of 130 lbs total, 60 pre and 70 postop. I'm not the fastest loser but my doc is happy with my progress ... and so am I!

Congrats!

Terry, way to go man, your doing awesome and I always like to know; are you counting calories, do you keep your carbs low, do you use restriction to stop eating or how does it work for you....(if you feel like sharing), I want to see 2 inches go away while I'm not looking too.... Either way congrats and keep up the great work...

Hi Pooch.  I try to keep net carbs to 30 or under.  Occasionally it will go a bit higher but usually well under 30.  Calories between 600 and 800.  Protein at least 60g a day and usually more like 70-80.  Proteins first and high fiber items next.  That works the pyloric valve best for me.  I don't know what my sliders are because I don't test it.  I try to under eat my sleeve.  Because I'm so focused on dense proteins if I have too much I really know it.  I also try not to beat myself up on occasions where I want something that doesn't fit the ideal profile, but I restrict myself by quantity to a level that is near irrelevant and I log everything that I eat.  This works for me, but your mileage may vary of course.  That said, it looks like you are doing fantastic with your program.  What are you doing?
