Do you have a plan to help you perk up the motivation during weight loss?

I will have time over the summer to better plan and prepare meals- I am in a rut with that for sure.  Always plan, but plan on the same old thing.  I am not much into photo journaling, but I have a daughter who may get a kick out of doing something like that with me.  I'll see.

Committee work has kept me from the support meetings for the last 6 weeks or so, but that is done now so I can get that going again.  I am also going to start with a counselor once school is officially out to help bridge the summer, and longer if it proves to be helpful.

Just read on my Bestbuy account that the darn Fitbits won't be here for a little while-arrgghh that iis irratating!  I am very good about getting my exericise in overall, but just the curiousity on how it will track my daily stuff will be enough to motivate me to do even more.  And DANG I need the scale- the last one broke and the hunk of junk I am using is not as precise nor as consistent as what I want.

Hey teacher!! Long time no see my sleeve sister. So you know I'm a teacher as well and what I decided to do for the summer is to train for a triathlon. I've always known I would lose the weight I needed to, but my biggest fear has been keeping it off. So I figured I what better way to always stay fit? Always training for triathlons.

I've used body media fit since about a month before my surgery and I love it!!

I am not nearly motivated enough for a triatholon, lol.  Very cool that you are making that a goal though!  I still feel a little too heavy for running, though I suppose I could at least try a slow jog.  My joints just don't seem to like that too much!  Hope your loss is going well and that you are feeling amazing!  Good to hear from you :)
