Since I'm tryng to learn to eat to live rather than live to eat (which was an issue with me) I've just eaten the same thing a several days in a row to use the leftovers.
You're right on track. I'm up to 2 oz of lean meat some days (I have big tummy days and tiny tummy days, big tummy days 2 oz, small ones 1.5 oz) at 13 months.

I'm a 36 "bougie" and four months out. I am currently on vacation and we went out to eat last night....
I had 3 medium shrimp (about 2 oz), 1 stalk of asparagus cut up, 1 spoonful of crab soup, and 1 very small bite of baked sweet potato (shared with my wife).
It was all very good and that amount of food was very filling to me and seems normal.
It's hard to learn to cook that amt....but its doable and you get used to it. I have a table top grill that I use to quickly sear proteins and they are done in about the same amt of time it would take to microwave it.
