Emotional Low...
Hi Rhearob - I think everyone else has stated well how we all feel about you and your contributions to this board. I commend you for putting yourself out there about your emotional low. I hope by now you are feeling much bettter. Trying on clothes is never easy. Yes it is nice to fit into smaller sizes, but our bodies are never going to be perfect (without plastics). Most all of us have stuff to hide, but your health is so vastly improved; I know you know that is what counts. So have yourself a protein shake and celebrate all that you have done right!
I so know how you feel. We chicks get makeovers, maybe you should consider it. My hair was looking chewed so I had about eight inches whacked off and it worked wonders. Someday I will get pics posted, when OH gets its thumb out of its butt and releases an app. I'm on MyFitnessPal with the same ID if you just can't withstand the curiosity any longer.
If your hair's looking thin, cut it or even shave it! There was a great looking guy in the pew in front of me tonight and he was nearly bald. Men are lucky to have that option.

Hugs.... sorry you experienced a downer day. Your loss is quite the inspiration. The plusses of the weight loss are far better than the negatives. You have'ta know, you look amazing! Hang in there, and keep on getting healthier. More hugs....
