Where are all the July 2012 Sleevers?

I'm tentatively looking at July 16 or 17, to be confirmed this week. Just got approval from Insurance & have my endascope next week. Nervous but excited!! Just joined the forum, great resource!

I too am having surgery July 2!  Can't wait!  I feel like the calendar is not moving.....  What are you doing to keep yourself from thinking that our surgery is 1 month 1 week and 2 days away.  LOL
