I got 5.5 pounds until Goal. Still fighting the good fight.

 Congratulations-you look great!!! What a transformation! I started at about the same weight and have about the same goal weight-thanks for proving that it's possible and that if I continue to stick to plan I can succeed too! Hope you win  your poker game.

I DID in fact win my poker game, lol
But that aside, I would like to tell you that in my humble opinion certain things have made the biggest impact even though that impact did not become apparent until the last couple months.

1. first and foremost (eat protein first at every meal) You'll figure out why if you do it.
2. Start to exersize as soon as your cleared,. Just a little something at the same time every day. (again, you will see why if you do this)
3. Measure yourself when the scale doesn't move (keeps you really motivated)
4. Take your vites/drink your water
