B-12 sublingqual question
I was instructed to take 500mcg a day sublingual and I have been since before surgery. My 3 month check up showed everything was with in norms.
I, being one of the fortunate ones, have never had sugar issues, high blood pressure, cholestoral or anything else. So that stuff doesn't fit into the equation.
I guess 500 is working for me. I am going to get the blood tests again in a week so we will see where I stand. Also a bone density...should be interesting.
