LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS SUNDAY IN KELLER, TX.

 Good Morning Everyone,   This sunday is our monthly support group meeting in Keller, Tx.    I really haven't received very many responses from everyone.    Support is SO very important to keep us on track with our weight loss journeys.    It doesn't matter if you have reached your goal or just in the thinking stage of your journey.....you still will need support....encouragement and advice from others.    Also you never know enough that you can't learn more about things to make us ALL more successful.    Please come and join us this sunday for a good group meeting and lets all support and encourage one another as we beginning our summer.    If you have had a weight gain.....PLEASE do NOT stay away from support groups.    Trust me....we are ALL human and no one will judge you for re-gain.   Life DOES happen as we all know and sometimes those "old habits" seem to sneak back into our lives.   So if this is you....please think hard about coming and getting back on track and losing that weight.    Please RSVP if you plan on attending.    Have a blessed day !!   Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian     WHEN AND WHERE.....SUNDAY JUNE 3     3:30 - 4:30 PM     CARROLL WATKINS DRIVING SCHOOL                                     303 N. can anyone come? I have never been to one and I cant drive almost 2 hrs to go to mine every month and would love to find one for me to go to!

 Yes !!!  Anyone can come who wants to.   That is why I have it posted here and also on Facebook.   We would LOVE for you to join us.    Please feel free to come.    We have a wonderful group of people who come.     Let me know if you plan to make it.    Look forward to meeting you.

I am going to try to make it--how many people go to this thing?? And if I cant make this one, when the next one? 

Amber I have a fairly small group.   When I held my meeting in Hurst we had sometimes close to 30 people.....but when we moved it to Keller my group decreased tremendiously.   We have usually anywhere from 8 to 12 sometimes more and sometimes less.    We do have a great group of people though and I try to be very dedicated and supportive of everyone and we do all support and encourage one another.    The next meeting will probably be July 1st unless I have it the 8 th of July. July 1st is my oldest son's birthday.     Hope you can make the meeting today.
