Vitamin Schedule

On wed. I will be 2 weeks post-op.

I'm curious how others vitamin schedules compare to what my NUT has suggested for me.

Anyone else also take thyroid medication as well? And how do you work that into your schedule?

I try to space my vitamins out at least 2-3 hours apart. I usually take a Calcium + Vit. D for breakfast (since I usually drink a shake), my multi for lunch (since it's usually my most dense meal of the day), then the Calcium chewable again at dinner and my B12 before bedtime.

Not taking thyroid meds right now but for vites: 2 multi's in the morning, and a b12 once a week in the morning. Calcium with lunch and calcium with dinner. Just what works for me though
