So....was wondering who out there has a lot of pills to take. I am kinda worried about that as I take 16 pills in the am and 5 in the pm. If i have to crush them up I am afraid that they will fill me up or that I will get ill trying to get them down.

I am right there with you!! I have around the same amount of pills as you and then to think about all the vitamins to add with it too!!! I am afraid of gagging and trying to figure out how and when to take all of them... Just going to ask my Dr and NUT when I see them before surgery

All of the medications and certain types of medication that I currently take and will possibly take in the future, is the reason I have chosen to have the sleeve done.  I wanted the procedure that would have the minimal effect on my daily routine. Talk to your doctor and talk to your pharmacist for guidance.  Some people that I have talked to, take their medication like they did pre-op.  Everyone is different on what and how medication and food effects them post op.  I am hoping to get rid of medications as my various conditions improve as my weight drops.  Good luck and looking forward to a better healthier quality of life for ALL of us.  Keep in touch with the people here.  It helps.
