New experience today - NASTY

So I always wondered what the "foamies" were.......found out today.  I was at the mall shopping for a gift for my hubby and I needed some lunch.  Ordered some chicken and ate it WAYYYYYYY to fast.  Needless to say I was practically running through the mall for the bathroom.  I had to stop and actually spit in a garbage (classy) before I got to the bathroom.  I though I was going to vomit but alas the only thing that came up was foam.  GROSS!

I learned a lesson - eat slowly and chew your food.  I have been lucky as this is the only time this has happened to me since surgery 4 weeks ago.

 That happened to me too last week with an egg.  Not fun but hey, now we know!

 Almost the same thing happened to me last Saturday.  Also at a mall and also had to spit once into a garbage can (yes, also classy!).  First time for me and I was thinking, "so that's what they mean by the foamies".  It was a very uncomfortable feeling that fortunately lasted only about 10-15 minutes.

Lesson learned as well!

I am thinking I am eating way to fast... and just "asking for it".  Back to work tomorrow hope all goes well.
