How do you get your fiber in?

Can you all give me some samples of how to get your fiber in?  I'm getting next to none as I am more concerned about protein then anything else.  Going to the NUT next week, but thought I would still ask some of you how you are getting fiber in.

Since I went back on a regular diet at 6 weeks, I added veggies, cooked and raw, a few berries, and I mix a tablespoon of All Bran Nuggets into my greek yogurt.  I also take Fiber Gummies every day to ensure I'm getting enough in.  About once a week, when we go out for breakfast, I have 1/2-1 slice whole grain toast with my veggie and cheese omelet.

Benefibre singles are great...just add them to your water...they are taste-less and work wonders....

I take the fiber gummies as well.  Costco sells them for cheap, and they are labeled "Weight Management", so the carbs are all fiber carbs.  Good luck!

fiber one cereal original.  1 serving has 60 cals and 57% of the daily fiber.  I eat 1.5 servings with about a half cup milk.  140 cals or so, some protein, but all the fiber my system seems to need.  I used to take 4 colace a friggen day, and this is so much better.

Cool - maybe I'll go back to having cereal with my yogurt so I get my fiber and protein in all in one.  But if I use greek yogurt, I can only stomach the vanilla one so I might hit way too many carbs.  I'll talk to the nut about this next week.  Thanks for the tip.

Oh... fat free fage yogurt plain, add in sugar free torani syrup.  Just as great, cuts the carbs.

fage is the only brand I have not tried yet.  I have tried Dannon (which I love the vanilla) - Chobani was the worse - I have tried torani syrup and even tried sugar free jelly.  Couldn't stomach either mixture.  I'm always willing to try something once.  Maybe I'll try the fage.  I also thought about  mixing my protein shake (ff milk and chocolate unjury) and using that as my "milk" for cereral.....  Chocolate milke and cereal can't be that bad tasting - lol

Ground flax seeds - 3 Tbsp. has 11 g carbs, 9 grams of fiber.  I count usable carbs, so that's only 2g.  I add a couple of Tbsp. to my greek yogurt.

Flax is both soluble and insoluble fiber, and it has omega-3s.
