I had my 2wk post op appt yesterday and all is great! I am on track and have lost 12lbs since my surgery date.

Doc said I could get in my pool and swim or trend but no laps and no trendmill yet. I was a little bummed as I want to start my exercise routine he said 4 more weeks, BUT i get to go in the pool and ocean I am good with that! For now I'll take my dog Molly for shorts walks and play in the pool... so happy, it's all good.

So glad I did this I feel GREAT!

I was able to too at 2 weeks out...just in time for summer huh!

Good for you!! You're doing GREAT!! ... and I'm a bit jealous on this end- wish I had a pool and a beautiful ocean close by!!

Maybe one day if I win the lottery!!

Thanks everyone! Natalie you don't need to win the lotto to live in Hawaii, just need to make the decision to do it! I did about 8 years ago and will never leave. I love it here.
