Thanks............such nice people to greet a newcomer.  I like your slogan:  Fit by 50!   Right now, I'm fat and sassy, but a year from now, I hope to be Fit and Fabulous.........or maybe Slinky and Sassy LOL  Just getting healthier will do fine.....though having "words to live by" never hurt!  Good luck next Thursday..............sure hope to join you on the Sip and Walk routine next week!!!
