No restriction???

Kairk is right - my tummy was definitely not sending good signals to my brain for several months after surgery.  Don't go looking for restriction - it can be quite unpleasant when you find it.  Also, most liquids (like yogurt) slide right through.  BUT for some reason, protein hot chocolate slams my pyloric valve shut and I practically died the first time I drank the cup too fast.  This is still true, and not true for almost any other liquid, including protein shakes.  Careful!  You do have restriction.

Like others said.....your brain/stomach "connection" is still off.  I can offer a tip that I got from this board that has been a god send for me.

Do not eat to "feel" something.  Measure your food and eat a pre determined amount.  Do this always.  Do not just sit down with a plate of food and eat until you feel something.  This will help you to under eat your sleeve and maintain that crucial restriction as your sleeve matures.

It also makes it much easier to journal and keep track of how much you actually eat.
