Liquid Diet

Anyone that is on or has been on the liquid diet are you having a lot of diarrhea?

Liquids in = liquids out.  Yup, had the same problem.  It got a little better when I added protein shakes (but not much, since they're still liquid.)  Better this week on thin purees.
