Congratulations on a phenomenal sleeve journey! You look soo great and so happy! It's nice to see you out there enjoying running in your pics. I enjoyed your tips very much. Thank you for sharing that. I was wondering--you said that your maintenance calories are a lot like your losing phase--that you eat 1500-1800 calories a day. Were you eating 1500-1800 cals a day through your losing phase or did you do the 600-800 cals a day that most sleevers do? I am curious. I am the same height and I want my weight to be close to yours when I'm done so I would like some input from a pro :-). I work out about an hour 4-5 days per week and it looks like you did too starting at 5 months. I have been working out since about 2 1/2 months out.

Thanks!  I was definitely in the 600-800 calorie camp during the weight loss phase.  I started creeping up to 1000 calories at 6 months post op and my weight loss slowed way down.  So I had to cut back again which was really hard!  My advice is to keep calories as low as you can for as long as you can... because your capacity will naturally expand over time and it's always harder to have to cut back on calories than it is to just keep them low from the start.  Good for you for working out since 2.5 months out!!  GREAT move!

WOW! Beautiful lady, wonderful insight.
I have to admit, I ALWAYS read your posts. I do not post often, but I read everyday and I always look for posts from a select few Vets & Seasoned VSGers.
Thank you for helping me through so much!

Thanks!  I'm new to the vet stuff.  I listened to the the long term vets from the get-go.  Even when they told me something I didnt want to hear.  You know what?  They're usually right!!
