 You Sleeved folks;

Did you find one over the other easier to swallow right after surgery, like day 1 thru 7??

Do you feel that cold helped w/healing or swelling?

I found the two extremes - hot or cold, worked better than room temp.

I don't think they helped with healing, but the sleeve liked them better.  It's best to experiment and find what your sleeve likes best.

 I went for the cold or room temp things...my favorite was the sf freeze pops and crystal light put in blender with ice to make a thin slushy. Good luck

Warm worked way better for me- it was several months before I could tolerate ice cold water again. Shakes with ice were okay from the get-go, though.
