Sports Nutritionist versus Nut versus VSG people
135 pounds is awesome--my goal was 145, now down to 125--every morning I have to pinch myself. The last time I was 125, I think I was in 1st grade (hit 100 pounds at age 6).
Typical menu:
Breakfast - fage greek yogurt, mixed with sugar free hot chocolate mix (25 calories)--if you close your eyes it tastes like chocolate pudding
Lunch - salad bar salad; dense chicken with a few teaspoons of feta cheese (ok, maybe tablespoons).
Dinner--whatever protein is in the house--steak, chicken, turkey, pork. I don't cook "diet"--use my crockpot a lot and will use ketchup, chile sauce, etc. Today I cooked pork (very lean--no fat) and used chile sauce, ketchup and pineapple.
After dinner, I usually have a sugar free fudgsicle (or 2). I try not to eat between meals, but if I do, I grab dense protein. I really believe dense protein is the trick that made me lose quickly. It fills me up.
