less than 10 pounds to be "overweight"

I started this journey in the super morbidly obese category at a bmi of 52+.  my bmi is now 31.  i have 9 pounds before i will officially be "overweight" and not obese!   That will put me at 163 (i'm 172 now and started at 280 pre op).  i need to get to 137 to be considered a "normal" weight but i doubt i will ever get there without plastics.

So many NSV's along this journey (am 9 1/2 months out)... wearing shorts and feeling comfortable in them, sitting in strange positions just because my legs finally bend that way, feeling more confident and not having to take as many medications... the list goes on.

To all the newbies:  this is such an amazing gift we're being given... life happens, don't let things get you off track.  just jump back on and do the next best thing each time.
