Burping & Bubbles

Last nite when I was sipping some broth, I stopped when I had alot of burpy bubbles coming up my throat. I read on a post before that that means to stop eating, so I did stop. Now today when I started drinking my premier protein drink for breakfast, I am sipping out of those lil 1 oz cups, and I just started and I am already getting the burpies, wth. It's frustrating me, make me not want to keep on sipping my drink, but I know I have to. Has anyone else experienced this? Why do you think this happens?

I burp all the time! I just kinda got use to it

I am new to it, So I just have to get use to it too lol.

I'm 13 days out and I constantly burp... I think it is common.. Yes you are suppose to stop eating/ drinking when it occurs

I know that's what I heard. But in my case, I had just started drinking, so I can't stop if I just started I know it's common, just got to get use to it, lol.

 Be happy with the burping.  Mine was more like bubbling and I was losing great.  Now I'm at a stand still and I have stopped the bubbling, I felt like it was from the small stomach.

So I should just appreciate my burpy bubbles then lol

 The Premeire Protein Shakes made me bloat, tummy ache and have full feeling...that's been my experience. 

Wow, really? Do you still drink them? I like the premier shakes because I think they provide more protein than most of the other shakes.

 I am not drinking them anymore...I am using unflavored protein from GNC with cocoa, sf carmel syrup and a touch of stevia.  So far so good.
