BTDT and I don't think you will regret it. The recovery is the pits. I thought that the most painful part was clearing fluid from the drains. The most surprising part was the weakness in my arms. I still remember shirt shopping shortly after surgery and being shocked how hard i****o put my hand up to reach a hanger.
I would plan on walking for exercise. If you have a heart monitor maybe you could use that to help fiddle with intensity with speed, and/or stairs or hills.

I'm surprised they are doing it so early out.
To be honest, I haven't worked out but maybe 10 times since surgery and have had great weight loss. I know the mental part is torture.
I personally wouldn't do it until I was at goal for at least a year, thats actually the guidelines with my surgeons. But then again, my boobs reduced without too much hang:) I went from a 40 DD to a 36C in 5 months, and even that small I still have to wear two sports bras.
