Im exactly the same andie...lunch time came and i said ' ill just skip this meal and eat supper later'. Then i forced myself to eat couple tsp of runa. I hate eating lately...and its not just the fact that im not hungry...its like im force feeding myself...i sure hope it passes...i still can only eat 3 ounces at a time so my restriction is really good. I hope yours passes soon too

Can't eat much, and just dont feel like going through the motions of just sitting and eating.

I feel thats all I ever do is drink and eat constantly!

Could it be WHAT you're trying to make yourself eat? I know I'm only early out, but I'd rather not eat at all than drink shakes, which all taste vile to me. Protein jello and Greek yogurt have made my life SO much easier. I can do an awful lot that's interesting with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and access to my spice drawer and pantry cupboard.

I agree! That is why I have been trying new recipes so that I can make sure I am not getting bored.

But I really didnt eat much last night and I didnt want to eat this morning, so I had to have a shake to get something in atleast. The Cookies and Cream Body Fortress shake is pretty good atleast.

Going to look for another new recipe and see if that can get me excited

 I feel like that at least 5 days a week.  I drink because I know I have to. I'm not sure why  I  feel like this.  I have been trying to figure it all out.

I have a roller coaster ride w/ food & hunger. I have one day where I'd rather not eat @ all but then I have other days where I am hungry and eat every 2 hrs. Shockingly the days I'm hungry and eat more is the days I show loss the next day :-)! Go figure!

 I am never hungry, and would much rather not eat most days, but some food choices do send the calories up much higher than other days. I usually try to keep it under 800 a day, and lose about 1-2lbs per week this way. This week I have had close to 1000 or more each day, and lost 5lbs. Quite funny how that works out.
