Not only did I find out I have a spot on my lung yesterday...I got the letter today that my doctor didn't do the 6 months of visits correctly. Sighs....so no surgery for me for aleast 6 months.

Age 53, 5'2", HW 337, Pre OpW 312.5, SW ?, CW 286

Surgery day 212
month 1 to 2 i lost 9.6 pounds
month 2 to 3 i lost 7 pounds
month 3 to 4 i lost 6.2

I'm so sorry you are going through all this. Maybe the doctor did the visits right but didn't fill out the paperwork correctly? Worth looking into?

Yep! Maybe it could be just needed to redo the paper work or change something. My daughter had similar issues and they just had to do one extra month rewrote and re submitted. Look into it.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Sorry about the denial. Maybe it will work out. I'm more focused on the spot on the lung. That may need to be dealt with first anyway.

I'm so sorry about the denial. I currently waiting on my approval. I pray that you get approved next time or that there is something they can do now! Stay strong and know that IT will come.
