Your words take my breath away, they are full of pain, hope and strength.  This had to happen.  You had to heal enough to see the truth and now you have to deal with reality.  You will both come out stronger and healthier for facing truth.  Yes, it hurts now and it might even feel like your world is being shattered.  In the end, you will build a new world, stronger, healthier and build on the foundation of better stuff.  I hope your new found strength and long held dignity will steel your spine to see the truth, say the truth and live the truth.  The truth, in the end, really will set you free and freedom is our birthright.  One of my favorite proverbs is -- I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders.  I wish you --broad shoulders and a straight spine and seeing eyes and hearing ears and a truthful, gentle voice.  May you walk clothed in strength and wisdom and may this serve you in ways you haven't even thought of yet.  May you walk out of this wiser, kinder, deeper and more at peace with your nature, your place in this world and your God.  I send you my strength and my friendship.  Don't forget to breathe.
