It is amazing. No more blood pressure medications, no more acid reflux meds and two of my multiple sclerosis meds are gone as well. Bless you bunches as you begin your journey and find similar results.

The bead idea is a great way to count your blessings. Congrats on getting past the 1/2 mark and keep up the good work.

WOW!  Just WOW!  Love the beads instead of food rewards.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

To the ladies who like the bead idea. I wanted to badly to do Pandora but found them very expensive. So I found another outlet (mall kiosk) that sells beads for much much less. I needed something that would be a reward and a daily reminder so I have this blinged out bracelet. Mine is in purple and green. But you can do them in any color. I was just told yesterday that Michaels or JoAnns also have beads I can use. I haven't checked that out yet but the stores are on my list to visit. I am a few pounds away from getting my next bead.

Blessings bunches on everyone's journey.
