It's amazing what we can do now that the weight is lifted off our shoulders (literally)). Maintenance is living the good life. 
Way to Go! So glad to see your post...and update...you were a little before me in surgery dates and I always read them in the past....

Laughing at the comment about the buffet and them being glad you showed up....because we definitely don't eat our money's worth now! LOL....for that reason alone, I would avoid a buffet, plus the quality usually isn't that good...and I'd rather have a 1/2 of a pricey filet mignon in a fancy restaurant than how I used to love the quantity and variety of buffets in the past.
