I am sooo tired
It could very well be anxiety, but it would be more than just at bedtime. Look at the rest if your days, weeks and see if you see a pattern of anxiety. If so, seek help! I lived with pretty severe anxiety for about 20 years before I finally got help, and it has made a world of difference! I had seriously suffered since I was a very little girl. Much of my anxiety was at night, but due to other life events. For instance, as a child and even into my 20s I had an intense, paralyzing fear of being kidnapped- but only at night. Just last year, at 28, I shared this with the grandparents that raised me for the first time. They then told me that I indeed WAS kidnapped, sort of, as a baby. My father had called my mother, who had drug and alcohol problems, to check on my brother and I and determined that we were not safe, so he and my grandfather literally drove to her place, busted in, grabbed us kids (there were two of us), and took off.
I say all of this to say, if you really think it's anxiety, please, please talk to your doctor. I've always thought that my life was pretty good, but I'm amazed at how liberating and life changing treatment has been! I don't talk about it a lot, but if I ever think I can help someone else I'm more than happy to share my story.

Wow, That explains alot for you. Thank you for sharing your story
In my case, I just think at night time, I think of all the lil things, Like I have to do this or that or when I am excited about something or my finances or everyday stuff, it's annoying, lol. I have talked to my doctor about it and they just give me sleeping meds which I just can't take. I think I am going to try that melatonin. Once again, thank you.
