You know you've got the right amount of food on your plate when a "normie" asks "Is that all you're eating?!" and you reply "Yes, and I may not even be able to finish this."



Happened to me on Monday. 1 cheese stick and 2 slices of ham.

For years I went to WW and they always suggested to use a small plate which I would never do. Thanks to all of your food porn, I now do and prefer it. My 14 yr old who is watching what he eats, does it too. As for measuring, I plan on doing it for a long time to come. I love your tip on the microwave time!

That's funny because the microwave timing is soo true. LOL

Sometimes I forget how little I do eat and I nuke 2oz of food for 3 minutes and burn the crap out of lunch. HAHA
