Mexico patients

 That is a lot of great info ladies!  I am 5' 1".  Going to see Guillermo Alvarez!  I have researched this to death and seems like Alvarez & Aceves are the best bet.  They are a little higher than the other Mexico docs, but you get what you pay for.  And both use an actual hospital in lou of a clinic/day surgery/center, etc.  

I had surgery with Dr.Fernando Garcia in Tijuana & had a great experience. His team & him treated me very well, I always felt safe & had everything I needed. The doctors would talk to me for hours & were always checking up on me. I don't regret it for a second!

I'm having surgery Oct 6th with Dr.alvarez,I will  get all my preop work ,chest xray done on the day I am having my surgery.Cant wait to get healthy and get skinny!

 what happens when you get home and have a complication.Do you go to the ER>Would your insurance cover it??

I would like to know this also.  I have been looking in Mexico after the band removal due to insurance starting a once in a lifetime WLS clause.
