Queasy all day

 I am 9 weeks post op and over all have felt great. Today I a, super quesy. Nothing is helping. I'm thinking it could be a bit of dehydration but I feel blah. Any suggestions?

Also, I take Zoloft daily. The thought of swallowing a pill makes me want to puke! It's an ordeal to take it every night...... I just hate the feeling it give me! Anyone else have this problem?
