That's hilarious. I made my husband read it too and he thought it was funny, mainly because he is probably the one that would have done something like that to me, without the towel dilemma. He's a big fan of hers...and because he's the biggest nerd/geek...whatever they label themselves as now...he had to add that she's real life friends with Wil Wheaton, although I do have to admit that Wil Wheaton is kind of cool...in the realm of nerd/geek, which I venture into every so often.
