4 Months Out!! - Check Up & Stats

Hey Friends!

Had my check up today with my surgeon.

HW: 233 SW: 225 CW: 173.4 GW: 135

He says I'm doing great. I've lost 60lbs. My BMI is just over 31. He said my body fat poundage has dropped from 88 to 67 in the last 2 months so I'm losing  ton of fat so that's good? I never thought about that. I'm just trying to lose 'weight' lol.

Lost right at 10lbs in the last month. That's my "me being realistic goal". 10lbs/month. Not bad since I did do a little splurging on b-day week.

My brain hasn't caught up but people are now really starting to notice. Said my face is so thin now. I'm glad after going 50lbs with nearly no one noticing. Getting more questions. Overall I feel great. I just hate that I keep getting my period and it makes me so exhausted. Very weird.

Thanks for all the support. I have to have to make my hubby take pics and measurements again.

OH and 2 NSV's!!!
1) I bought a size Large belt and it fits like on the third hole! So weird, wasn't expecting that.

2) I fit in a size 12 skirt today from Target. Merona brand. With no stretch in it. However, I'm still not consistently in a 12 but I figure hey, it's close!!

LOL! I been trying! 

Dr. Baptista cleared me this week for all exercise activity.  My routine so far has been 3 mi speed walks on Mon, Wed, and Fri and 2 mi walks on Thurs and Sat with my rest day on Tues.  Its worked lovely so far. 

Starting next week I'm going to start swimming  on Tues and Thurs, walk 2 mi or bike on Saturdays and rest on Sundays.

Awesome! Glad to hear it!

I am taking a 3 week break from school so I plan to hit the gym hard over the next 3 weeks. I want to get my body into a good routine again.

I was just getting so burned out balancing school, work and home life.

I bet you just don't sleep with the new addition lol.

Shooting for end of year so I feel better about getting my boobs done. hehe.

Great work!! I think 10lbs/month is a great, very realistic goal, that is kinda what I am planning on too! 

Does the Dr say the period thing is just part of your body changes at this point?
