Had vsg surgery same day as you yah! I'm so excited to try the recipe. How much were u able to eat?

 Ha!!! That is the funny and frustrating part... I put 1/2 cup on my plate and it took me 45 minutes and a couple reheats but I was able to eat all but 2 small bites were left. I am so full, but it was so refreshing to eat something other than broth and shakes and apple sauce etc...

 I'm wondering if I made it wrong. Maybe not, and people like it the way it is, but when I made it, it was just a sloppy mess of the inside of a stuffed shell. Is that what it is supposed to be like or did I do it wrong?
