How long does the 3 week stall usually last?

Stalls are not necessarily normal. I never experienced a stall that lasted more than 5 days. I counted every carb, all my grams of protein and every calorie. I measured and tracked everything. I also exercised a lot. You may be doing the same, but usually you will stall if you are eating too many carbs. Keep them below 40 grams. The carbs you eat should come from green leafy vegetables, cucumbers, celery, radishes etc. Avoid sweet potatoes, potatoes, oatmeal, corn and high sugary fruits. Drink LOTS of water.
